How much notice do i need to give before placing an order?

Generally 2 days notice – for example orders placed on a Monday will be delivered Wednesday. Though if you are looking for an item quickly or last minute please don’t hesitate to contact.

When do you require payment?

Full payment will need to be made on order via bank transfer or Paypal (additional fee may apply). Alternative payment can be discussed if neither of these suit.

Where are you based?

Much Hadham, Hertfordshire. 5 miles west of Bishops Stortford.

Do you deliver?

Delivery to any of The Hadhams is free of charge, delivery to the rest of East Herts will be charged 25p per mile though will be discussed on ordering.

Collection from SG10 is also available.

Can you cater for specific dietary requirements?

Please let me know if anyone has any dietary requirements. Most recipes can be adapted to suit your catering needs though due to our kitchen handling all ingredients traces of products cannot be guaranteed.

Are you insured and qualified to bake, serve and sell baked goods?

We are a fully registered business with East Hertfordshire council, currently awaiting our rating from the food standards agency (delayed due to the recent pandemic) Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene for catering and are covered with full public liability insurance.
